by Scott! We have Pork Tacos, Chicken Tomales, Nopalito and Beet Salad, all with fresh guacamole, and followed by refreshing Grapefruit and Tarragon Sorbet. It was deeelicious !!!

The pork butt cooked all day in aromatic spices and citrus in the crock pot, then was made crusty by a hot fry in a cast iron pan, then shredded to use for tacos. |
