Andy and Maurine staked out the sighting of her house yesterday afternoon. This morning Ivy and I ran up there and took this picture standing in the spot where her Living Room will be.

Lots of grapes!

Putting the cooked grapes through the food mill to get rid of the seeds and skin. It made a very purple mess.

Wild grapes are everywhere!

We collected lots of vines and soaked them in water to make grape vine wreaths.

Maurine made lots of small wreaths for an upcoming wedding on a jig that Don designed and constructed.

How much wood could a wooden man chop if a wooden man could chop wood?

On Fridays, the UVM horticultural farm sells about twelve different varieties of apples so I stop and bought a peck to use for cooking and eating. Don spent the day cutting and pulling dead trees from the woods to turn into fire wood for the sugar house.
